Does staging cost a lot of money?

Statistics support that staged homes sell for more money per square foot. In most cases the cost of staging will pay for itself with a quicker sale for a higher price.



We already moved most items out but our realtor suggested staging our old house, is it too late?

It’s never too late! We can discuss vacant home staging or a mix of using some of your items with my decor to get your old house ready for showings.


Is there a contract to sign that locks us in for a certain amount of time?

Our contracts are fairly basic and easy to understand. I believe my staging works and therefore only require 30 day renewable contracts. I will work with your timeline to be ready for listing photos and remove items when you need me too, communication is key!
