Includes a walkthrough and comphrensive report card that will include decor and layout changes, paint color suggestions, wall art, and overall staging suggestions. A DIY option that provides a customized checklist to get your occupied home market ready.

Light Staging

Includes a consultation. After a walkthrough we will rearrange some items and decor to highlight the common areas including entryway, bathrooms and kitchens. These spaces are main areas that buyer focus on so just updating these areas will pop in your listing photos will draw more interest and show better.

Full Staging

After a walkthrough, we will develop a full house plan to execute. While working mostly with your furniture and decor it may become appropriate for us to bring in some pieces to enhance the layout.
